NRC 800NM organic 2-disc clutch system VW Golf VII 2.0 R 4motion 5G BQ BE BA BV with 6-speed gearbox.
This clutch pack is one of the most innovative clutch systems on the market. Here too the NRC couplings are characterized by small, detailed solutions and stand out from other manufacturers.
-CNC milled lighter steel 1-mass flywheel with milled starter ring, balanced according to ISO 1940-1 for flywheels
-The flywheel was designed in such a way that both discs sit as close as possible to the gearbox, so that the gearbox input shaft sits as far as possible in the 2nd clutch disc and thus maximum torque transmission to both discs can be guaranteed
-Clutch discs with high-performance friction linings or sintered linings for maximum torque transmission
-The hub profile of the disc is designed so that the 2nd disc has a longer hub in the direction of the gearbox and thus the gearbox shaft sits better in the toothing
-Steel intermediate disk with a larger outer / inner radius so that more heat energy can be absorbed and the larger radius means that the heat can also be released more quickly from the outside / inside. In addition, the pane is perforated, so that air can also flow through it, thus further improving the cooling
